MST signed the MOU with TRA of Canada for the sole distribution of BioCleanAct™. (27 Mar, 2002) 

The 27 year career Canadian manufacturer for anti-microbial products had signed the CDA with MST(KOREA) CO., LTD.(CEO Woong-Sig Moon·www.BioCleanAct.com·BrandName: BioCleanAct™) in Sep 2001, Joint research has been completed and both party satisfied for the result. Consequentially both party signed on MOU on Mar 12, 2002.

1. Acquisition of approval of EPA, FDA etc for the Biocleanact™ at their own cost.
2. Retain of exclusive reght world wide distribution of Biocleanact™ under the brand Ultra-fresh^*.

MST
1. Supply of Biocleanact™ anti-microbial master batch.
