Concluding exclusive agent-ship and technical consulting agreement with Thailand Koventure Co., Ltd. 

We, MST(KOREA) CO., LTD.(CEO Woong-Sig Moon·www.BioCleanAct.com·BrandName: BioCleanAct™) contracted with Thailand Koventure Co., Ltd. on 24^th Dec 2010 for exclusive agent-ship and technical consulting agreement.

Koventure Co., Ltd. supplies chemical raw materials in Thailand and South East market, trading paint, coating agent, adhesives, special functional synthetic resin, special chemicals and addictives. We were paid US$200,000 for technical consulting fee under this agreement.

In this opportunity our outstanding technology of antimicrobial new material has been recognized in overseas once more, and we expect that exporting of antimicrobial new material, natural disinfection agent, antimicrobial master batch and natural extracted antimicrobial material will be promoted in the future.
